Synology, a provider of NAS solutions and FDC ProValue, the value-added division for FDC International have partnered together in a distribution agreement, according to which the latter is authorised to distribute the vendor’s complete range of products in the Middle East region.
Having distribution partnerships with two other enterprise storage brands in the market, Synology’s NAS product line complements the portfolio of the value-added distributor. Ram Praveen, Business Unit Manager, FDC ProValue said, “The deal is according to our vision of providing cloud solutions to the channel partners in the region. Furthermore, it complements our overall solutions strategy to be relevant to channel partners in the Middle East channel.”
According to Derek Tu, Sales Account Manager, Synology, the company aims at leveraging the latest technology to offer customers dependable and inexpensive ways “to centralise data storage, simplify data backup, share and sync files across different platforms, and access data on-the-go.” Tu further added, “I believe FDC elaborated well in its go-to-market plan. Our sales and marketing team will fully support and co-work with FDC to realise this plan.”
